Cosplay Records is proud to be a part of two Grammy® Nominated Projects for the 2025 Grammy Awards. Vocals, Violin, and Theremin were recorded at our studio facilities by our engineer and musicians.
Chris Redding’s “Visions of Sounds” is a new age collection of music recorded with his non-verbal autistic son. It has seen global success reaching number one in many countries and charting in most. Rolling Stone Magazine‘s article provides details about the project.
Cosplay Records founder Michelle Jones was a Producer, Songwriter, Arranger, Vocalist and played Violin on many tracks. Cosplay Records engineer Jerry Jones managed the recording sessions in the Cosplay Records Studio. Vocalist Meka Nism also performed her vocal tracks at Cosplay. We were but one of several studios working together, across Florida, to complete this project.
We congratulate Chris Redding and everyone that made this project possible and garnered a Grammy® Nomination for “Best New Age, Ambient or Chant Album.”
Alice Cooper’s Rock for Children album, “Solid Rock Revival” was the vision of Grammy and Latin Grammy Award Winning producer Ruben Salas and his team. Utilizing studios across the USA, the pieces were assembled including the kids from Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Foundation that performed many of the instruments. Providing lead vocals on individual tracks are, in addition to Alice Cooper, are Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Darryl McDaniels (RunDMC), Latin artist 123 Andres and Slash on guitar.
Backing vocals sung by Ms. Meka Nism were recorded at Cosplay Records’ Studio as were Michelle Jones’ Theremin for the track, ‘Monster Mash.’ Cosplay Records is proud to be involved in this project that just earned a Grammy Nomination for “Best Children’s Music Album.”
